2 pcs. potato

1 pcs. tomato

1 pcs. eggplant

100 g pumpkin

6 Art. l. butter

Salt - to taste

Potatoes and pumpkin slice, tomato - slices.

Eggplant cut into thin slices, season with salt and leave for 15 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.

Prepared vegetables separately fry in oil until golden brown, add salt.

When serving fried vegetables out onto a plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
