Eggs with mayonnaise with a side dish
What you need:
6 pcs. egg
90 g boiled potatoes
90 g boiled carrots
60 g or salted cucumbers
60 g peppers or tomatoes
30 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
300 g mayonnaise
greens - sprigs
Eggs pour hot water and cooked for 15 minutes at gentle reflux. The water is decanted and the eggs with cold water. Cleaned and cut in half.
Vegetables cut into cubes, add the peas and half the rate of mayonnaise. Mix well.
In a salad bowl or on a plate heaped stack stuffed vegetables, cut the top down - half a boiled egg, pour the remaining mayonnaise.
Decorate the dish figured sliced carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes and sprigs of greenery.
