Homemade ham
Required products:
1 kg lean pork
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 onion - head
1 l brine sauerkraut
cumin seeds - a few grains
black pepper
600 g sauerkraut
1 sweet pepper - pod
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
olives for decoration
Pork lightly fry in butter, place in a roasting pan together with the chopped onions, cumin and black pepper, pour cabbage brine and cook on low heat until soft, then cool, remove from the brine.
Serve, cut into slices, sauerkraut, mixed with sweet red pepper and seasoned with vegetable oil. Decorate with olives and herbs.
