Mushroom Salad with sauerkraut and pickles
For this recipe you will need:
270 g mushrooms
270 g pickled cucumber
170 g onion
200 g sauerkraut (cabbage)
100 g sunflower oil

Mushrooms salt is separated from the brine, washed, cut into slices. Pickled cucumbers, peeled, cut into slices, chopped onion. Sauerkraut sorted (washed, if it is very acidic), drained and finely chopped. All components are combined, seasoned with vegetable oil and mix.
