Salad with sauerkraut
Ingredients:
600 g sauerkraut
3 PCs apples red
1 green onions - beam
100 g mushrooms salt
3 tbsp. sunflower oil unrefined

1/6 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Cabbage drain in a colander and allow the brine to flow.
Apples cut into 4 pieces and remove the seeds, cut into thin strips.
Green onions finely chopped, mushrooms cut into slices.
For the sauce, whisk oil with salt, sugar and mustard.
Connect the cabbage with apples, mushrooms and onions, pour the prepared sauce, stir and allow to stand for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Serve in portioned bowls.
