The cabbage sauerkraut with mushrooms (2)
Ingredients:
200 g sauerkraut
20 g dried mushrooms
20 g carrots
1 onion - head
2 PCs potatoes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 PCs Bay leaf
1/2 l water - 1
3-4 green onions - pen
salt
Mushrooms soak for 2 hours in water, boil, then finely chop.
Peeled onions and carrots cut into strips and spasseruyte in butter. Add the sauerkraut and simmer until soft.
Mushroom broth, strain, pour water and bring to a boil. Put diced potatoes, cook for 10 minutes, add the sauteed vegetables, mushrooms, salt, Bay leaf and cook for another 5 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped green onions.
