Sauerkraut soup with mushrooms (3)
Ingredients:
200 g Sauerkraut
20 g Dried mushrooms
20 g carrot
1 onions - head
2 pcs. potato
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 pcs. bay leaves
1/2 l Water - 1
Salt - to taste
Mushrooms soak for 2 hours, boil, then chop.
Onions and carrots cut into strips and saut in butter. Add the sauerkraut and simmer it until tender.
Mushroom broth, pour water, bring to a boil. Put the diced potatoes and cook it for 10 minutes, add steamed vegetables, mushrooms, bay leaf, salt and simmer another 5 minutes.
When serving sprinkle with chopped green onion soup.
