Kapustnyak with mushrooms
Components:
1 kg sauerkraut
100 g dried mushrooms
2 carrots
1 onion
1 parsley root
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. sugar
salt, pepper, parsley
vegetable oil
Cabbage finely chopped, pour 1 tbsp water and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 1.5-2 hours. Soak mushrooms for 4-5 hours in cold water, rinse, pour 1.5 liters of fresh water and cook for 30 minutes Ready mushrooms drain (do not pour broth), cut into strips and put back in the mushroom broth.
