Required products:

500 g sauerkraut

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

100 g salt herring fillets

1 PCs the boiled egg

1 onion - head

Cabbage press, add butter and mix with the chopped onion.Herring cut into small pieces and place in the centre of the dish, decorate with egg, diced .
