Creamy pudding
3 glass cream
2 Art. l. starch
150 g ice cream
9 pcs. canned apricots
2 Art. l. berry jam or fruit syrup
sugar and vanilla - to taste
Starch dissolve a small amount of cream. In the remaining cream, add sugar, vanilla, stir and bring to a boil. Pour diluted starch, cook 5 minutes until thick. Refrigerate.
Serve in bowls jelly, ice cream and top it issued the apricots. You can pour the jam or fruit syrup.
