300 g Rhubarb;

200 g Sugar;

1 l Water;

Purified from the coarse fibers rhubarb cut into slices, pour boiling water with dissolved sugar, bring to a boil, cook for about 5 minutes, add a few drops of lemon juice, cool. Stewed rhubarb is ready.
