Compote of rhubarb and raw beets with raisins
120 g rhubarb
35 g raisins
15 g beets (grated raw)
60 g sugar
500 ml water
Rhubarb washed, cleaned, cut into pieces 2 - 8 see Raisins sorted and washed in several waters. In the prepared hot syrup put pieces of rhubarb, raisins, cook 3 to 5 minutes, add the juice squeezed from finely grated beets, cool.
