Sweet beet salad with cheese

400 g boiled beets

100 g cottage cheese

30 g raisins

2 peeled walnuts

2 tablespoons sour cream

sugar / honey

This New Year's salad is wonderful combination of flavors of cooked beets, cheese, nuts and raisins.

Clear and beets on a coarse grater rub it, to defer part of the design for the salad.

Wash the raisins, fill it with warm water and leave for 15 minutes, then drain the water, and raisins to dry.

Rub the cottage cheese with sugar / honey, add the grated nuts, sour cream, raisins.

Stir cottage cheese with beetroot, put lettuce on platter, arrange sweet beet salad with cheese flower of beets and carrots.
