Vegetable salad with beets, raisins and Apple
300 g cooked beetroot
40 g raisins
20 g peanuts/walnuts
1 Apple
2-3 tbsp. sour cream
Rinse the raisins with water, pour boiling water.
Clean, RUB the beets on a large grater or cut into strips.
Grind the nuts, if it's peanuts, then fry it on a dry pan.
If the Apple peel is thick, peel, remove seeds, cut into strips, or RUB, combine all ingredients.
