Salad-dessert vitamin
for 2 servings:
1 big juicy Apple
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 medium carrot
1-2 tbsp. raisins (or any dried fruit if desired)
1-2 tbsp. esecanna walnut kernels (peanuts, almonds, hazel)
2 tbsp. hot orange juice
filling:
2 tbsp. sour cream or yogurt or cream
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. honey or sugar or condensed milk
Soak raisins or chopped dried fruit in orange juice.
Carrots, cleaned, peeled, Apple - seeds.
RUB on a grater with large holes Apple and sprinkle it with lemon juice.
Grate the carrots. Mix with apples, raisins and nuts
Mix the ingredients for the filling. Put the salad on a plate and pour the sauce.
