Compote of rhubarb
400 g rhubarb
6 tbsp. sugar
2 glass water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Rhubarb cut into cubes.
Sugar and water boil the syrup.
In the boiling syrup, place the rhubarb, cinnamon and boil the juice for 5 minutes.
Serve the compote chilled.
