Pudding rhubarb with strawberries
500 g rhubarb
500 g strawberry
2 PCs apples
125 g raspberry syrup
125 g white wine
4-5 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. the orange liqueur
1 tbsp. starch
Rhubarb peel and cut into pieces of 3-4 cm Strawberries cut in half. Apples peel and cut into slices.
The wine boil the syrup, add half the normal sugar, strawberries, rhubarb and apples. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, then beat with a mixer to form a puree.
Put puree the remaining apples and rhubarb, bring to the boil, pour a thin stream of diluted starch. Again bring to a boil, add the liqueur and strawberry.
Put the pudding in dessert bowl, sprinkle the remaining sugar, decorate with strawberry slices and mint leaves, cool.
The pudding serve with vanilla custard cream or liquid.
