The strawberry soup
What you need:
800 g strawberry
4 tbsp. sugar
3 PCs eggs
100 g cream
1 zest - lemon
1 glass Apple juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla sugar
Egg mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar, cream, vanilla sugar and lightly whisk.
In the form, greased with oil, put the resulting paste, cook it for a couple until tender, then cool and cut into cubes.
Strawberries cut in half.
Sugar, mix with juice and zest, cook for 3 minutes, then add half the normal strawberry, bring mixture to a boil and remove the peel. Strawberries with liquid RUB through a sieve.
When serving, pour the soup into bowls, decorate with strawberries, egg cubes and mint leaves.
