Roast "Gourmet"
500 g lamb (Neck)
200 g potato
100 g lamb heart
100 g chanterelle
30 g butter

4 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the lamb into pieces, fry in a part of the oil, diced onions and potatoes and fry in the remaining oil.
Coarsely chop the mushrooms, cut into slices of the heart. Dissolved in 1 liter of hot water bouillon cube.
Place the prepared ingredients in layers pots, pepper and salt, add the butter, add the broth, simmer for 3 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle hot "Gourmet" chopped greens.
This roast may be submitted as a first course on New Year's table, it will be appreciated by domestic and international guests.
