Roast lamb with vegetables
1 kg lamb (steaks)
300 g broccoli
4 potato tuber
4 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1 onions
1 Art. l. honey
rosemary
ground black pepper
spices to taste
olive oil
salt
Cut the meat into small pieces, rub honey, garlic, spices, olive oil and salt, put on a greased baking sheet.
Clean the vegetables, cut, pepper and salt, put on a baking sheet, pour into the pan 1 cup of water, cover with foil all, remove up to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, remove foil, bake for another 15 minutes lamb.
Served roast lamb with vegetables with a red dry wine.
