Baked with wine and mint lamb
750 g meat lamb
100 g butter

1 glass wine
1 h. l. crushed red pepper
Marinade:
10-15 mint leaves
10-15 different grain pepper
5-6 stalks of green onions
3-4 pea allspice
1 bunch of parsley
1 lemon (juice)
4-5 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. sugar
green garlic (pods)
Cut the lamb into portions pieces.
Of all the ingredients to prepare a marinade, the meat placed therein, a film cover, remove 12 hours in the cold.
Put the lamb with the marinade in the pan, lined with pieces of butter, salt, and pour the wine and 1 cup of water, cover with foil all.
Cooking ovine 30 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees, and then at 200 degrees for another 2.5 hours.
For 30 minutes before end of cooking baked with wine and mint lamb exempt from foil, served with vegetable garnish.
