Potatoes "Tartiflette" in French
125 g soft cream cheese
100 g ham/bacon
6-7 tubers potatoes
1 head onions
4 tbsp. cream or sour cream diluted with water
butter

This is a traditional dish of French cuisine, which is served more often in winter the ski resorts in restaurants. This potato is very rich.
Wash, peel potatoes, each tuber is cut into 3 pieces and cover with cold water, salt potatoes to taste, until ready to boil and drain, allow to cool.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, until tender fry in small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Add bacon to the onions and fry everything for another 2-3 minutes
Take a baking dish, greased with butter, put the sliced medium-sized slices of potatoes on the bottom half of the potatoes, cover with a layer of onions and bacon (half), then put the remaining potatoes, then the bacon and onions.
Pour all the cream or cream to put on top of sliced plastics cheese (better to use a better Camembert or other delicate cream cheese).
Cook potatoes "Tartiflette" in French in a preheated 230 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until Browning cheese, served hot.
