Fast curd "Cheesecake"
One Test:
500 g cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
Second dough:
150 g butter
flour
Flour and butter for the second test chop into crumbs.
All ingredients are mixed for the first test to homogeneity.
Put in a pan large part of the second test, put on top of the first test and then sprinkle with the remaining second test.
