Baby cabbage-Apple salad

100 g cabbage

1 Apple

10 g sugar syrup

5 g lemon juice

3 g the salt solution

Finely chop the cabbage, put it in a pan, add a solution of salt, lemon juice, heat while stirring to cabbage settled - has softened, allow to cool.

Grate the Apple, salt, combine the cabbage and add a little sunflower oil.
