Sandwich with green sauce and ham

4 wheat bran muffins

4 plastic smoked ham

4 lettuce

2 pickles

Sauce:

2 Art. l. olive oil

1 Art. l. chopped parsley

1 Art. l. lime juice

1 Art. l. mustard

salt

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce, whisk.

Slice the cucumbers.

Cut buns do not end up in half lengthwise, heat, and then lubricate the sauce, put into each plastic ham, cucumber and lettuce on top.

Before serving sandwiches with green sauce and ham laid on lettuce leaves.
