Shawarma with marinated chicken
300 ml water
4 Armenian lavash
2-3 chicken breasts
1-2 onions
1 tomato
1 fresh or pickled cucumber
cabbage / bok choy
2 Art. l. 9% vinegar
vegetable fat

mayonnaise

Chicken fillet cut into thin cubes, marinate with chopped onion, pepper, salt, add a pinch of sugar, vinegar and leave for 30-60 minutes in the heat.
Finely chop the cabbage, cut into small cubes cucumber, tomato.
Fry the marinated chicken in a frying pan until cooked.
Each pita halved into two equal parts.
Spread on pita half, folded in half, by 2-2.5 tbsp fried chicken, slices of cucumber and tomato, 1.5-2 tablespoons cabbage, onions (optional), pepper, salt, add a little vegetable oil or mayonnaise and ketchup, pita wrap envelope.
Shawarma served with marinated chicken for lunch, dinner or a picnic.
