Salad-cocktail Polish
20 g boiled or roasted veal
20 g ham
15 g cucumbers
15 g canned salmon
5 g lemon juice
5 g pomegranate juice
10 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
Boiled or roasted veal, ham and cucumber cut into cubes. All stack layers in a vase on the lettuce. Put on top of canned salmon. All sprinkled with a mixture of lemon and pomegranate juice. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
