Cocktail salad with salmon

350 g salmon (weak salting)

5-6 Art. l. marinated mushrooms (preferably white)

2 pcs. apples

2 pcs. orange

mayonnaise Altero Oliva
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

1 pcs. tomatoes

3 lettuce - - 4 leaf

2-3 pcs. cucumbers

Salmon cut into thin "transparent" ribbons, mushrooms cut in half, apples and orange pulp - cubes, tomatoes - sliced, and cucumber peel and cut "corners" (each cucumber cut into 4 pieces, and then slices). In broad leaf lettuce glasses lay on it - cucumber and salmon, apples and oranges on top, pour 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise Altero Oliva, on the edge of a glass ring to hang tomatoes, cut by one side to the center.
