Salad with potatoes and vegetables (3)

3 PCs boiled potatoes

2 PCs sweet pepper

1 PCs Apple

2 PCs tomatoes

1 onion - head

2 PCs eggs boiled

For the filling:

1/2 tbsp. mustard powder

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. lemon juice

spices to taste

Potatoes and onions cut into cubes, pepper slices, tomato - slices. Apple, removing the peel and core, cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Egg whites separate from the yolks, whites chopped, egg yolks and set aside. Prepared ingredients connect.

For seasoning RUB the yolks with mustard and oil, then pour in the juice, add sugar, salt, pepper and mix.

Salad drizzle with the dressing and mix.

When serving the salad out onto a plate.
