Salad "Christmas snow"

200 g cheese

100 g canned mushrooms

2 Apple

1 orange

1 glass sour cream

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. coconut flakes

3 tsp. mustard

3 tsp. honey

This unusual and original Christmas salad is perfect to decorate the Christmas table, will satisfy all home and guests.

Cheese to grate the apples peel, remove core, slice, drizzle with lemon juice so they do not darken.

Mushrooms and orange slice, combine all the prepared ingredients.

Combine honey, mustard and lemon juice, grind, add sour cream, slightly whipped.

Pour over Christmas salad dressing, sprinkle with coconut flakes (you can substitute egg whites, grated on a fine grater).
