Christmas Salad "Swans"

500 g cooked chicken breast

500 g white and red grapes pitted

1 apple

1 lettuce

? glass nuts to taste

lemon juice

Filling:

3 Art. l. sour cream

2 Art. l. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

1 Art. l. lemon juice

? h. l. ground black pepper

? h. l. salt

Cut the chicken into cubes of about 1 cm, connected to the washed grapes.

Combine all the ingredients for salads, stir and add to the chicken with grapes and mix again.

Cut the apple by small slices, removing the seed box, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Before serving on the New Year's table lay salad Christmas "Swans" in wide glasses as follows: on the one hand to put lettuce, holding them to fill glasses salad, lettuce put in front of a slice of apple, sprinkle with crushed nuts Christmas salad.
