Salad Christmas "Poodle" with apricots

500 g fresh apricots, nectarines or peaches

1 chicken breast cooked

1 Apple

1 a head of lettuce

3 tbsp. sour cream

2 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

1 tbsp. almond or walnut

sugar

salt

Cut the chicken into small cubes, finely chop the Apple and apricots or peaches, combine, stir, add salt to taste and sugar, season the salad with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.

Before serving Christmas buffet with lettuce Christmas "Poodle" with apricots on a flat dish, lined with whole lettuce leaves, sprinkle with nuts.
