The Christmas salad with chicken and prunes "Tiffany"
400 g chicken
200 g cheese
100 g grapes green and red seedless
100 g almonds
6 fruits prunes
3 chicken eggs
1 a head of lettuce
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
Chicken ready to roast, cut into cubes.
Soak the prunes for 15 minutes in hot water, adding (optional) a few drops of brandy, cut into strips.
Grind the almonds on medium grater rubbing eggs and cheese.
Line the dish with lettuce leaves, lettuce first mixed with prunes chicken, then cheese, eggs, all the layers and sprinkle with the almonds and coat with mayonnaise.
Repeat layers as desired.
