Christmas salad with prunes "Black pearl"

150 g cheese

100 g crab sticks

50 g walnuts

50 g butter

10-12 fruits prunes

2 boiled eggs

semolina

mayonnaise

Grind the nuts, add a little mayonnaise for stickiness.

Prunes scalded, wash, stuff with nuts.

Coat with mayonnaise crab sticks, breaded in semolina and from both sides and fry in vegetable oil, allow to cool and cut into circles.

Put the salad in layers, each spreading mayonnaise: ground squirrels, crab sticks, grated cheese, liquor butter (frozen), stuffed prunes, grated yolks.
