Salad "Black chicken"
200 g crab sticks
200 g prunes pitted
200 g mayonnaise
4 chicken fillet
1 large orange
? glass walnuts
Rinse and pour over chicken 400 g of hot water, add half a teaspoon of salt, bring to a boil over high heat, remove the foam, reduce heat and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat. Then cool fillet, remove from the broth. When the fillet has cooled, remove it and cut into cubes.
Wash prunes, pour it with hot water, leave for half an hour. Drain the water and prunes are finely chopped.
Peel and separate into segments orange, remove the membrane.
Finely chop the crab sticks.
Grind the nuts part.
Put in salad bowl all the ingredients in this order: chicken, then nuts, then prunes, orange and crab sticks.
Drizzle the salad with mayonnaise, garnish with the remaining nuts.
