Light salad "Baltic" with vegetables and crab sticks
200 g crab sticks

100 g cheese
4 eggs
2 head onions
2 carrots
mayonnaise
On average grater, grate the carrots and fry until soft in a pan with oil, allow to cool.
Finely chop the onion and fry in the same way as carrots, but separately from it.
On average grater grate boiled eggs and cheese in different capacities.
Finely chop the crab sticks.
Spread light salad "Baltic" with vegetables and crab sticks layers, each dealing mayonnaise grid: egg, mayonnaise, cheese, mayonnaise, carrot, onion, crab sticks.
All the ingredients can be divided in half and repeat the layers in the salad 2 times.
Top salad garnish with carrot, grated egg yolks, parsley and crab sticks, before serving for 2 hours to remove in the cold for impregnation.
