Festive salad "chicken under the green coat"
1 kg boiled chicken breast or fillet
250 g green onions
150 g prunes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
vegetable oil
walnuts (optional)
sweet-hot sauce (any)
seasonings and spices for chicken (parsley, curry, garlic)
Such a beautiful Christmas salad is great for anyone and will perfectly decorate the Christmas table.
Cut chicken into fibers, finely chop green onions, flatten prunes as coins.
Put on a dish a layer of green onions, sprinkle with vegetable oil, then layer with chicken, sprinkle with lemon juice, hot sauce, prune, brush with mayonnaise, repeat all the layers, leaving the onions for the last layer of lettuce.
