Salad with carrots and oranges

2 carrots

1 large apple

1 orange

sugar

sour cream

Carrots are clean, grate fine julienne. Wash apples, remove the core, grate strips, squeeze the juice, add carrots. Orange peel, cloves cut into cubes, half peel grate, add all the carrots with apples and stir. Add sugar and sour cream.
