Beet-carrot-Apple caviar
3 kg beet
1 kg sour apples
1 kg carrots
300 g vegetable oil
salt
Peel and wash the vegetables, grate carrots and beets on a large grater.
Cut and core apples and cut them into slices, combine apples with carrots and beets in an enamel pot, add salt and pour in the oil, stir.
Bring mixture to a boil, once boiling, the fire abated and simmer the eggs for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Ready beet-carrot-Apple caviar unfolds on the net banks and rolled.
