Beet vegetable caviar
550 g beet
350 g onions
400 g carrots
8 garlic cloves
1 glass water
1 lemon
1 tsp. sugar
? tsp. carnations
coriander
Cayenne pepper/black pepper
In uniform boil beets, allow to cool, peel and RUB on a grater.
Clear raw carrots, RUB, garlic and onion peel and finely chop.
Pan with vegetable oil is well heated, add the garlic and onion, fry until Browning.
Add to the pan, carrots, fry 2-3 mi, pour water, bring to boil, cover, reduce the heat until ready to put out.
Put the beets, stir.
Cloves crushed with lemon, squeeze the juice, together with coriander and pepper, add to vegetables and mix.
Ready beet vegetable caviar is served with sandwiches, you can also grind the mixture into a blender.
