Beet juice home
1 l water
200 g beet
100 g sugar
1 lemon
Rinse, peel beets, rub on a fine grater, then squeeze the juice hands.
Beet pomace connect with a liter of hot water, boil for 15-20 minutes.
Add to beet water with squeezed lemon juice, and sugar and beet juice, bring everything to a boil, immediately remove from heat, do not boil.
Before serving beetroot juice homemade drain and cool.
