Beet salad with nuts and cucumber
250 g beet
30 g walnuts
1 pickles average
1 a small clove of garlic
sour cream / mayonnaise / vegetable oil
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
salt
Boil the beets until tender, allow to cool, clean, rub on a medium or large grater.
Cucumber and rub on a grater.
Grind the nuts, skip the garlic through a press, combine all ingredients prepared.
Before serving, season with beet salad with walnuts and cucumber butter or sour cream or mayonnaise, stir, can be charged with additional lemon juice.
