Mushroom Salad with oranges and sweet pepper

For this recipe you will need:

300 g mushrooms

150 g cheese

150 g sweet pepper

100 g apples

100 g oranges

10 g mustard

2 Art. l. honey, lemon juice;

Mushrooms clean, boil in salted water with spices, cut into small cubes. Pepper Peel and cut into strips. Cheese grate. Apples peeled and seeds and cut into small cubes. Orange peel and chop.

All the mix, add the mustard, honey, lemon juice, orange zest and mix thoroughly.

Ready to decorate salad and slices of orange pepper.
