Spicy carrot
500 g carrots
200 g onions
salt
For the marinade:
2 Art. l. coriander
1 Art. l. prepared mustard
1 glass apple juice
Slice the carrot circles, blanch it for 2 minutes.
Cut the onion rings, pour boiling water.
Coriander, apple juice and mustard mix.
Connect the onions and carrots, pour prepared marinade, season with salt and refrigerate.
