Salad recipe African bananas

Ingredients:

2 PCs bananas

30 g ham

1 tbsp. seedless raisins

30 g walnuts kernel

1 tbsp. cream

salad leaves

3 bread for the croutons - slice

1/2 PCs lemon

Banana peel, cut into slices 5 mm thick and mix with chopped nuts. Add chopped ham and pre-soaked raisins.

Products put on the salad, pour the cream, sprinkle with lemon zest and place croutons.
