Fish Olivier with omelette
For this recipe you will need:
200 g pike (boiled, boneless)
2 pcs. potato
1 pcs. cucumber (salty)
1/2 glass mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
omelet:
3 pcs. egg
1/2 glass milk
1 h. l. margarine
Boiled potatoes, cucumber and fish cut into cubes and season with mayonnaise. Bake omelet 3-4 cm thick, cool, put on a prepared salad and roll envelope. Drizzle with remaining mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, parsley.
