Fish salad
Required products:
200 g boiled fish without skin and bones
1 PCs the boiled egg
50 g cucumber (optional)
parsley or fennel, chopped
salt
pepper
1 tbsp. the vinaigrette (see recipe on the website)
1/2 lettuce heads
Knead the fish.
Cut eggs and cucumber slices 0.5 see
Finely chopped lettuce.
Mix these ingredients, add the parsley.
Add spices to taste. Seasoned vinaigrette.
Carefully lay out in a salad bowl.
Decorate with lettuce, anchovies and capers.
