Salad with squid, eggs, cheese and garlic
400 g squid fillet
4-5 cloves garlic
3 eggs
1 processed cheese
1 leek
greens
pepper
salt
Squid defrosted, cook 1-2 minutes, cut into strips.
Grated cheese rub, coarsely chopped boiled eggs, chopped greens and leeks.
Connect all the prepared ingredients, season with salad passed through a press garlic, mayonnaise, pepper and salt and mix well.
Serve salad with squid, eggs, cheese and garlic chilled.
