Salad with crackers and tomato "Moment"

200 g savory small crackers

2 tomatoes

1 denticle garlic

1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

1 tablespoons sour cream

1 tsp mustard (non-acute)

For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt, add the garlic, passed through the press or finely chopped.

Crackers put in a salad bowl, pour the sauce, stir to evenly distribute the sauce.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel, cut into small cubes.

Put tomatoes on crackers, arrange salad with crackers and tomato "Moment" lettuce and serve.
