Tongue salad and pineapple "Christmas star"
300 g beef tongue
100 g cheese
4 rings of canned pineapple
2 garlic cloves
1 sweet red pepper
1 garnet (grain)
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
Boil the tongue, cleaned, cut into small cubes.
Peel the pepper, also cut it into cubes, removing all unnecessary.
Cubes chop the pineapple, put through garlic press, on a small grater, grate the cheese, combine all the chopped ingredients, add the mayonnaise and stir.
Before serving on the Christmas table to cool, put the salad on a dish in the shape of a star, or simply in the form of a star and make a salad with language and pineapple "Christmas star" pomegranate seeds.
